Katrin Feist wanders through, scales, and climbs town and villagescapes, hilly landscapes, Lakeland areas, woodland sceneries, and mountainous landscapes. In her works she later consciously arranges what she saw and perceived in order to pave the way for the inner message of things – forces, movement, change, surfaces, noises, structures, airflows, icy coldness, unrestrained heat...
Her observations attest to calmness and ferventness and give an account of the very own point of view of an artist, who is for sure a paintress with heart and soul.
